easy parking, close to main roads, restaurant, comfortable rooms
no - it was fine for what I needed which was convenience with clean, comfortable rooms, easy parking and a restaurant which meant I did not need to hunt locally after a tiring day
Clean and tidy, very helpfull and welcoming staff, good cafe/restaurant.
The bed was absolutely awfull!
Rooms were simply in layout but clean
1)Good access from the a1. 2) Quiet room
Breakfast- Good choice of food, however eggs and bacon were not warm. Should be keptin a heated covered container. Evening meal was poor. Garlic mushroom - battered and tasteless as was the - Rump steak, which was tough. Could not recommend the limited menu! It was the offer of breakfast and 3 course evening meal for £22.00 per person. Being elderly people, a single main course would have been sufficient with a more varied choice available. Our mistake.
The accomodation and staff were very good
The computerised bar till that would not work and we had to wait over half an hour for a drink
breakfast and customer service from waiter was very good, couldnt do enough for us.
We had booked a triple room for 3 of us, we are sisters and did not want one sister sleeping in a room alone. This was the only reason for booking with premier as you do have triple rooms. On arrival, reception informed us that a child of 11 should be the third person. This has not been the case on other occasions and has worked well for us when we have our shopping/theatre breaks. We had driven 4 hours and arrived late evening, very tired. It was sorted, however, would like to comment that if this is the policy, I would not be using the premier again as it is not fulfilling our needs which I feel, affects many others also. If it is designed to encourage extra room booking for the 3rd person,we would not do this and speak for many others
We stayed for 2 days. Our room was not serviced. When I checked with reception, they told me that they will check and come back to me but no one did. I also complained at the time of checking out and I was told that they only service the rooms every other day.
It was convenient for us - parking was free - we would definitely stay here again. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
friendly helpful staff ,great breakfast
rooms warm and air con too noisey, pillows too thick and bed too soft and bouncy.
Staff very helpful, hotel room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot, lots to choose from in food and drinks - couldn't have asked for more. Would stay there again, it more than suited us for the purpose of our visit.
Had to ask for enough towells(in both the double rooms booked there was only one set of towells provided). Also I had expected there to be more toiletries provided.Object to having to pay extra for disability room which I did not need.
The staff are first rate. Nothing was too much, and always naturally smiling with no apparant falseness. Food was first rate. Top value for money.
The air conditioning unit in the room. Effective, but, noisy.
They guaranteed an excellent night sleep, however at approximately 04.30; we were woken up and disturbed by road works, literally outside our room. This went on until at least 10.30. Due to this we were unable to sleep.
Friendly staff in reception, bar and restaurant. Clean spacious room Best efforts to keep room cool and ventilated, with opening window and fan. Free parking Curved shower rail which provides shoulder room to avoid the curtain sticking to your wet body. Excellent breakfast and good evening meal. Early start for breakfast on Sunday was appreciated. Many hotels only start after 8am on Sunday, which is no use for weekend conference attendees. Quiet, but easily accessible location Reasonable internet rate, especially the free 30 minutes. Unfortunately it did not work. I could connect with no difficulty, but could not reach a log-on screen. The receptionist was unable to provide immediate help and I only discovered the problem a short while before I needed to leave the hotel, so nothing could be resolved.
Only the internet problem, but that might have been sorted out had I tried it the previous evening.
I liked my room, including the bathroom, the tea and coffee making facilities, the helpful staff and the breakfast
There was no gym and the view was poor due to building site opposite. It was quite a long walk into borehamwood. The room became hot with the fan turned off.
